Shop and Crop June 20, 2015

This past Saturday was another successful crop!  We are so lucky to be able to host these events at Prima Marketing's beautiful warehouse in Chino, CA .  The business is closed on the weekends so we have the run of the building.  The employees do come in and open the warehouse for discount shopping, which is a hit with both the public and our croppers.  This past Saturday was a hot one, so how perfect that we were able to come into a nice cool air conditioned building and hang out with friends.  Here are some pictures from our event:

I love these pictures of the ladies' work spaces.  Crops are so funny because we all pack too much, yet we always forget stuff at home.  The crop space is L shaped and it is almost like two separate crop rooms (you can tell by the lighting).  There were so many raffles and goodies being won, bought, and shared...it was beautiful.

Of course it was too hot to leave for lunch so lucky for us, Subway delivers!  We had 3 different 3 foot subs, pasta salad, fresh fruit, chips, cookies, and candy!  Check out this spread:

Did I forget to mention that we also had a massage therapist in the building?  Oh yeah, it was just what we needed.

I have said it before, and I will say it again.  I am so thankful for all the new people I have met.  This hobby has lead me to lifelong friends and together we have a blast.  Thank you everyone!

See you at the next crop!

I Love Discount Supplies

Today at my lunch break I ran over to my local Tuesday Morning and found some goodies! There was a good selection of 6x6 and 12x12 paper pads by Pebbles, We R, Jillibean Soup, and American Crafts. I also saw a lot of clear stamps my Hero Arts. Here is what I picked up:

Halloween, 6x6, and $1.99!
Perfect paper for summer, and only $2.99 each! I think I need to make a few banners for my office.
You can never go wrong with washi tape.  Especially the top two, you can use anytime.
I am going to use this for Project Life.  I have been looking for something just like this.  And for only $4.99
I can always use tools like this, and not just in the craft room.  $4.99 is a steal for tools.
Last time I was there I passed on the yellow handle Corner Chomper that was $9.99, and now I want to kick myself. Oh well, maybe one of you will be able to find it at your local Tuesday Morning.
That is all for today my friends. See us soon with an update on this craft room. 😄
